Signup with Multiple Party Poker "Skins"
The poker rooms Party Poker, Empire Poker, Intertops, Poker NOW, Multipoker, and Eurobet are all "Party skins"—which means that they all share that same poker tables, even though they have different software and player accounts.
Because of this, if you have the software for one of these poker rooms installed on your computer, you may receive message that prevents you from opening up a account with another one of these poker rooms.
If you receive such a message, you may avoid this restriction by taking one of two actions:
1. Install the poker software on a computer where no other Party Poker Skin has ever been installed.
(Best if you are not comfortable with the process of deleting registry keys.)
--OR--
2. Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Calculator registry key.
(Only do this if you are comfortable editing your computer's registry.)
To Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Calculator Registry Key:
Carefully take the following steps:
- On your computer, click the Start button.
- Click Run.
- Type regedit and click OK.
- In the left pane, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE.
- Locate the Calculator entry.
- Right-click Calculator and click Delete.
Warning: Be sure to delete only the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Calculator key. Deleting the wrong registy key can create major problems for your computer's peformance!
Once this registry key is deleted, you may close the "Registry Editor" and sign up for an account.
